I am passionate about helping others, and have always been drawn to being a therapist. I am happy to help all clients, regardless of their background, gender, race, sexuality, or religion. I focus on helping each client reach their true potential through exploring what they are needing more of in their life, and making a plan together of how to achieve this.
I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from University of Santa Barbara, and my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from University of San Francisco. I am licensed by the Board of Behavioral Sciences in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
I have provided therapy for the past 6 years, including individual, family, and group therapy. My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, anger, developmental disabilities, psychological disorders, suicidal ideations, academic issues, behavioral challenges, family conflicts, sexual issues, and more. My therapy has included working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
